The Turbo Regal is now brought to a halt by Hydroboost brakes, replacing the factory Powermaster system. The project has wrapped after about six hours of shop work. This should be a definite improvement for around $250 in parts from Advance Auto. There is now a How-To article complete with project pictures in the My Tech Articles section...

We did not attend the 4th Annual Sturgis Falls Car Show as planned. It rained hard the night before and the grass show grounds were just too wet from that and previous bad weather. I didn't like the location and as I expected, it turned into a muddy mess by mid-day. Maybe next year. I had planned on entering the Cobra and Regal, but it was just not in the cards. On to the lake for some watersports ...

The Regal is currently in the Speedlab getting ready for the Blackhawk County Street Machines Springfest Car Show on May 2nd 2010. I have replaced the headliner and I am currently in the process of recoating the door/trunk locks in black. There is now a headliner replacement article in the My Tech Articles section...

Spring is here and the Speedlab is again open for business! Current projects include replacing the heater core and headliner in the Buick and then installing methanol injection. We plan on shooting video of the methanol install, so stay tuned for that...

You can't win 'em all. The Turbo Regal took second place in Street Machines Modified 1975-present at the 4th Annual Sturgis Falls Car Show. It was a record turnout of 336 cars. More info...

Springfest Carshow Winner
The Turbo Regal took first place in Street Machines 1983 - present at the Blackhawk County Street Machines Springfest Car Show in downtown Waterloo. It took hours to get the car running right and shined up for the show, but it was worth it. The weather was beautiful and there was an amazing turnout.
